Zillow, Redfin and Realtor.com are great for searching homes and seeing an agent’s track record. We add the piece they can’t show you: how much effort an agent puts into marketing each home, based on the services they actually order.

How we rank agents
Real orders, not self-reported
Every ranking comes from the services agents actually ordered from Reflecting Walls for their listings. Agents can't write their own reviews or inflate their numbers.
Marketing per listing
We look at the services each agent orders for their listings over the last 12 months. An agent who adds video, floor plans and drone to every home ranks above one who orders photos only.
Active agents only
Agents drop off if they haven't marketed a listing with us in 90 days. The list refreshes every Sunday, and paid placements are always labeled.

How are the best realtors in Arizona and Illinois ranked?
By the marketing services each agent orders for their listings with Reflecting Walls: professional photos, video, floor plans, drone, 3D tours and twilight shoots. Agents who add more of these to every listing rank higher. It comes from verified orders, so it reflects what an agent actually does for sellers, not what they say about themselves.
Can agents pay to rank higher?
Agents can buy a clearly labeled Spotlight or Featured placement. Everyone else is ordered only by the marketing services they order, and paid agents must also be actively ordering marketing for their listings.
How often is the list updated?
Every Sunday. Agents who have not ordered listing marketing in the last 90 days are removed until they do.
Why does marketing matter when choosing a listing agent?
Most buyers start online, and listings with professional photos, video and floor plans get more views and showings. An agent who orders that for every listing is going the extra mile to get your home sold.
How is this different from Zillow or Redfin?
Those sites are great for searching homes and seeing an agent's track record. This list adds something they don't show: how much each agent invests in marketing every listing, based on the services they actually order from us.
What is a property website?
A single-property page we build for listings shot with PremiumPlus photos or higher. Each agent here links to their recent ones so you can see their marketing for yourself.
Are you an agent?
Agents who order with us are listed automatically once their digital business card is complete: headshot, phone, brokerage and at least one social link.
