Terms of Service
This Agreement is a legal agreement between Users (“You” and “Your” and “Users” and “Customer”) and Registrants of Reflecting Walls Photography & Media, whether visiting or registering, purchasing products and services, or making any other use of this site.
By using the Reflecting Walls Photography & Media Website (www.ReflectingWalls.com), You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (this “Agreement”), whether or not You register on the Site. If You wish to register and make use of the Reflecting Walls Photography & Media services (the “Services”), please read these Terms of Service. If You object to anything in this Agreement, do not use the Site or the Service. The Terms of Service are subject to change by Reflecting Walls Photography & Media at any time, effective upon postings on the Reflecting Walls Photography & Media Site, and Your use of the Service after such posting will constitute acceptance by You of any changes.
By placing an order with us, whether completed on the Reflecting Walls Photography & Media Website (www.ReflectingWalls.com), placed over the phone or placed over email, You agree that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and will comply with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If You do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, You are not permitted to access or use any part of the Site or its Services.
In the event of Inclement weather, our photographers will keep all appointments on calendar as scheduled, unless cancelled or rescheduled by client. Responsibility to reschedule appointment due to weather lies solely on the client. We do offer free same day cancellation for bad weather conditions. Must be cancelled 2 hours or more prior to appointment.
If the customer orders a certain amount of photos, yet requests more photos be done during the appointment, the customer will be billed for the additional service rendered.
We offer free order cancellation with atleast 24 hours notice. If the order is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice of the photo shoot, we have a $50 cancellation fee. If the photographer arrives at the property and the job is cancelled at that point for any reason, and that property was out of our typical service area, there is a travel fee charged in addition to the $50 cancellation fee.
We offer free order rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice. If the order is rescheduled on the day of the photo shoot, we have a $50 cancellation fee for that order, and we will reschedule the order for the new appointment date. If the photographer arrives at the property and the job is cancelled/postponed at that point for any reason, and that property was out of our typical service area, there is a travel fee charged in addition to the $50 cancellation/reschedule fee.
All photos provided to You through the Services of this Site (www.ReflectingWalls.com) are solely and exclusively owned by Reflecting Walls Photography & Media. As such, Reflecting Walls Photography & Media reserves all rights of ownership including but not limited to the distribution, publication, alteration, sale, resale and duplication of any and all photos provided to You through the Services and this Site for whatever reason in Reflecting Walls Photography & Media sole and absolute discretion. As a User of the Site and Services, upon purchasing and paying in full for the Services received, You are granted a limited, terminable, non-exclusive license to use the photos and other Services provided to You by Reflecting Walls Photography & Media in any legal manner You should choose. You are not, however, granted a license to sell, transfer, license, and sub-license or otherwise distribute the Services, any component of the Service, or any products or services derived or developed from or based on the Service to any third party. Users may transfer the Deliverables associated with the Service to their MLS provider for the sole purpose of fulfilling the defined purposes of the MLS provider. Such transfer of this limited usage license to the MLS shall not in anyway be construed as a transfer of ownership to the MLS.
Customer agrees to have listing clean, neat and photo ready prior to photographer arriving at appointment location.
The person placing the order is responsible for making sure that the occupant of the home is well aware of the appointment day and time, and understands that we need the home to be photo ready prior to our arrival. We do not schedule the photo appointment with your occupant for you. That must be agreed between you and your home occupant to get the best appointment time prior to placing the order online. We can schedule the appointment with your occupant directly if requested by you, prior to the order being placed.
