When do I receive my images?
Premium: Same day return before 11:59PM, except weekends. All Saturday shoots are sent by Monday before 11:59PM.
PremiumPlus: Next business day return before 11:59PM, except weekends. All Saturday shoots are sent by Monday before 11:59PM.
Twilight: Depends on the quality of photoshoot that you order, described above. Then, add one day. Example: Premium is next business day return before 11:59PM
How do I receive my finished images?
We email a link containing all photos online to the email on this order entered on the next page (checkout). You also have the option to enter a secondary email, such as a co-lister or transaction coordinator.
Do you turn on lights/open blinds for vacant homes?
We do turn on all lights with easy-to-find switches. Yes we open blinds. If there is too much glare coming through the window, then we will keep the blinds nearly closed.
Do you offer same day cancellation?
We offer free cancellation with up to 24 hours notice. If a photoshoot is cancelled same day, there is a $50 cancellation fee plus any applicable travel if outside of our service boundary. As a courtesy, we do not charge any fee for cancellations due to inclement weather.
Premium or PremiumPlus, what should I order?
We recommend Premium if you are looking for affordability and fast return time. We recommend PremiumPlus on every property as low as $200k to impress your seller and stand out from all other homes in the area. PremiumPlus is our best and highest quality image.
Do I need to meet you at vacant home?
For your convenience, every photographer carries a SUPRA e-key to access lockbox. We do require a CBS code to access the lockbox, even if CBS code is not enabled.
Virtual Staging, how does that work?
When adding virtual staging to this order, you will select how many images you would like virtually staged. As soon as we email the photoshoot images, please quickly respond with your selections to avoid any delay, as we do not select the images to stage for you. Virtual staging takes 24-48 hours to complete and email back.
